Beyon Solutions, part of the Beyon Group, has announced that it is nearing a significant acquisition deal for a controlling stake in Link Development, a prominent regional provider of software solutions for digital transformation with operations in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
The announcement was made at the Gateway Gulf Investor Forum 2024 on November 4. Beyon Solutions stated that it has received all necessary regulatory approvals alongside Link Development, with the finalization of the acquisition now dependent only on remaining administrative conditions and formalities within the control of both parties.
Shaikh Mohamed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, CEO of Beyon Digital Growth, expressed confidence in concluding the acquisition, noting, “We have been focused on implementing all the necessary requirements and look forward to finalizing our acquisition of Link Development. This transaction aligns perfectly with our commitment to advancing digital transformation in the region.”
The event provided a vital platform for discussing key elements of the transaction and moving it closer to completion. Shaikh Mohamed emphasized that Link Development’s experience and extensive operations, combined with Beyon Group’s expertise in digital acceleration, would enhance their regional footprint and portfolio.
