Flat6Labs, the most active seed and early-stage venture capital firm in MENA, continues to drive innovation in Saudi Arabia’s startup ecosystem with 41 investments through its Startup Seed Fund. Since its launch in 2023, Flat6Labs has become a leading investor in Saudi startups, supporting local talent and pioneering businesses.
In its latest round, Flat6Labs invested in 10 promising startups as part of the fourth cycle of the Riyadh Seed Program. These startups span various sectors including transportation, e-commerce, logistics, cybersecurity, SaaS, consumer tech, and talent acquisition.
The Riyadh Seed Program offers startups a four-month acceleration program that focuses on refining market positioning, enhancing capabilities, and expanding into new regions. Participants also receive a minimum cash investment of SAR 500,000 to help scale operations, optimize efficiencies, and secure strategic partnerships.
The program is backed by the Startup Seed Fund, which receives investments from organizations such as the Saudi Venture Capital Company, the Jada Fund of Funds, and Riyadh Valley Company, and is managed by Flat6Labs. It also benefits from the support of the National Technology Development Program through its Empowering Accelerators initiative.
The fund’s aim is to provide investors with significant capital gains by investing in Saudi Arabia’s tech startup sector. It seeks equity stakes in early-stage startups, particularly in technology and innovation sectors, within the Kingdom.

- dPhish – An anti-phishing solution addressing threats with detection, proactive credential hunting, and awareness-building.
- Hollat – A CRM platform for large enterprises and government entities, ensuring cybersecurity, compliance, and integration with local regulatory requirements.
