Wipro Limited, a global technology services and consulting leader, has been selected by Etihad Airways to lead its comprehensive technology transformation. This strategic partnership will facilitate the migration from legacy systems and enhance operational efficiency in key areas such as workplace solutions, network infrastructure, and service management.
Under the five-year agreement, Wipro FullStride Cloud will implement a customized cloud solution to offer real-time insights into resource utilization, driving operational agility and scalability to support Etihad’s global growth. The partnership will also incorporate Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) across IT operations, enhancing automation, user support, and proactive issue resolution.
