Pakistan is participating in the AI Everything Global 2025, one of the largest AI events, taking place in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The event brings together over 500 exhibitors and 150 investors from 70 countries, featuring global tech giants like ASUS, IBM, and Oracle. Pakistan has sent a delegation of over 30 industry leaders, including 11 companies and two start-ups, to explore opportunities in the rapidly growing digital economy.
Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi highlighted the potential for leveraging AI technology to boost Pakistan’s exports, with aspirations to increase IT exports from $3.2 billion last year to $4 billion, eventually aiming for $15 billion. The participation of Pakistani companies at the event reflects the country’s efforts to position itself as a competitive player in the global tech arena and capitalize on the opportunities AI presents.
The event, running from February 4 to 6, offers a platform for collaboration, showcasing the impact of AI on economic transformation. Pakistan’s involvement is supported by the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), and the Commercial Section of Pakistan’s Consulate in Dubai.
