Riyadh, KSA: LAHINT, a Saudi-based tech company, and EBANAH, an Oman-based digital solutions provider, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the third day of the LEAP 2025 global conference in Riyadh. This collaboration aims to advance government service automation and drive the development of innovative digital solutions across the region.
The strategic partnership will focus on technical integration, knowledge exchange, and the enhancement of digital infrastructure, leading to greater operational efficiency and improved service quality for individuals and businesses. Key areas of collaboration include cloud computing, AI analytics, and smart automation technologies, which will optimize the speed and efficiency of government services.
This agreement aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which promotes digital transformation, and Oman’s Vision 2040, which seeks to build a knowledge-based, diversified, and sustainable economy. The partnership is expected to generate revenues of up to $5 million over the next three years in Oman, underlining the significant economic potential of this collaboration.
The MoU is set for a three-year term, with an option for extension based on the achievement of joint strategic objectives. The agreement was signed by Eng. Tariq Aljabr, Vice Chairman and Head of Business Development at LAHINT, and Mohammed Hilal Al-Hosni, Business Development Manager at EBANAH.
