Nepal’s E-Governance Board, under the Office of the Prime Minister, has unveiled the ‘E-Governance Blueprint’ to advance digital governance. This initiative aims to improve government services, ensure secure data exchange, and drive innovation. Key pillars include developing digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, and a National Data Strategy to support digital transformation. The blueprint also seeks collaboration with neighboring countries for seamless cross-border digital interactions.
The blueprint’s focus is on reducing bureaucratic inefficiencies, enhancing data security, and promoting digital literacy to create a paperless and more efficient governance system.
