Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Tourism has introduced a new online service allowing licensed hospitality operators in Mecca and Medina to apply for additional bed capacity ahead of the Hajj 2026 season. This digital initiative aims to simplify administrative processes, improve efficiency, and ensure high-quality accommodations for pilgrims during the busiest period of the year.
The service is accessible via the ministry’s tourism activities licensing portal and forms part of broader efforts to enhance digital services, support accommodation providers, and provide a smoother, more comfortable pilgrimage experience.
