Khazna Data Centres, a leading global provider of hyperscale digital infrastructure, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Presight, a global AI and big data analytics company, to develop and deploy a groundbreaking AI-optimised facility management system across Khazna’s expanding network of data centres in the UAE.
The initiative will introduce a first-of-its-kind AI-powered command and control platform that will oversee operations across 30 Khazna data centres, enhancing energy efficiency, performance monitoring, and predictive maintenance. The system, operated from a secure AI hub in Abu Dhabi, will leverage advanced machine learning to monitor and manage energy, cooling, equipment performance, and security — detecting anomalies and preventing failures before they occur.
According to Presight, the collaboration represents a major leap forward in the application of artificial intelligence to critical infrastructure. It reinforces Presight’s reputation as a global innovator in AI-driven operations and underscores Khazna’s position as the operator of the UAE’s largest data centre footprint.
Designed to set a new standard for autonomous data centres, the platform offers early fault detection to minimise downtime, smart cooling systems to reduce energy consumption, predictive maintenance to improve reliability, and unified 24/7 oversight to ensure continuous, secure operations across all facilities.
The new AI command and control centre will also integrate with G42’s Intelligence Grid — a globally distributed network of AI infrastructure hubs — linking Khazna’s UAE sites with an expanding footprint that spans Singapore, Kazakhstan, Europe, and Africa.
Together, Presight and Khazna aim to redefine how large-scale digital infrastructure is managed, creating a sustainable, intelligent, and globally connected model for the next generation of data centres.
