Amman, October 20, 2025 — SPA: Saudi-based digital solutions provider Elm has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with KBW Jordan to implement a large-scale digital transformation project for the Jordanian Royal Medical Services (RMS). The initiative represents a major milestone in Elm’s regional expansion and reinforces its growing footprint across Arab markets.
The partnership aims to modernize Jordan’s healthcare sector through an integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, designed to enhance operational efficiency, financial transparency, and data-driven decision-making within the RMS network.
According to Elm, the collaboration with KBW Jordan reflects a deepening of regional technological cooperation and opens new pathways for shared growth in one of Jordan’s most ambitious digital healthcare initiatives to date.
The new ERP system will streamline administrative processes, improve coordination across medical units, and strengthen digital infrastructure — aligning closely with Jordan’s national vision to build a comprehensive, sustainable, and fully digital healthcare ecosystem.
Elm stated that this project not only advances Jordan’s healthcare capabilities but also underscores its own commitment to delivering innovative, future-ready digital solutions that support the transformation of vital public sectors across the region.
