Payment24 Accelerates Middle East Expansion with New Dubai Hub

Payment24 has taken a major step in its Middle East expansion, opening a regional hub in Dubai and securing major contracts in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The move underscores rising demand for advanced fleet, fuel, and retail payment technologies across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).

The company’s growth began with a landmark contract from one of the region’s largest oil firms, implementing a comprehensive fleet and payment solution. With new offices in Dubai and plans for Abu Dhabi, Payment24 is delivering payment automation, loyalty programs, and mobile-first retail innovations across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

CEO Shadab Rahil emphasized that the Middle East’s blend of digital ambition and regulatory reform creates strong opportunities for scalable, cloud-based solutions. Saudi Arabia’s fragmented fuel sector and the UAE’s advanced retail market both present unique prospects—from license plate and facial recognition systems to EV, CNG, and hydrogen refueling integrations.

The company has also streamlined its offerings into four verticals: Fleet Solutions, Payment Processing, Loyalty & Rewards, and Retail Automation, forming a modular “operating system” for the downstream oil and gas industry. Rejecting reseller models, Payment24 maintains a direct, localized presence to adapt to diverse market realities across the GCC.

With active expansion into Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar, and global reach spanning Africa and Latin America, Payment24 aims to replicate its proven model of localized innovation and operational excellence throughout emerging and developed markets alike.
