Zain Kuwait, ZainTECH and Microsoft Launch Microsoft 365 Bundles to Accelerate SME Digital Modernization

Zain Kuwait, in collaboration with ZainTECH and Microsoft, has launched Microsoft 365 Bundles and Managed Services aimed at helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Kuwait transition to secure, cloud-based and AI-enabled workplaces. The new offering was unveiled during Zain’s sponsorship of the NEXUS Exhibition 2025, Kuwait’s leading technology and innovation event, attended by senior government and industry leaders.

The bundles combine Microsoft 365 Business and Enterprise licenses, including Copilot AI add-ons, with ZainTECH’s end-to-end managed services. Delivered directly by Zain as a single trusted provider, the solution offers SMEs a simplified and cost-efficient way to modernize workplace tools, strengthen collaboration, and enhance cybersecurity, without any connectivity requirements. The initiative is expected to expand to other Zain markets in the future.

The launch reinforces Zain Group’s long-term investment in workplace modernization, cloud adoption, and AI-ready digital infrastructure. It also marks a key milestone in the Zain–ZainTECH–Microsoft partnership, supporting organizations in upgrading security, modernizing operations, and adopting intelligent digital tools.

Hamad Al-Marzouq, Chief Enterprise Business Officer at Zain Kuwait, said the collaboration reflects Zain’s commitment to building a digital ecosystem that empowers businesses to grow, innovate, and compete globally. Andrew Hanna, CEO of ZainTECH, added that the managed services offering enables SMEs to move from traditional setups to secure, cloud-based, and intelligent environments that support long-term efficiency and resilience.

Through the new bundles, SMEs gain access to Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard, Premium, and Enterprise E3/E5 licenses, along with Copilot add-ons for AI-powered productivity. These are supported by ZainTECH’s services, including configuration and lifecycle management, collaboration governance, advanced threat protection, continuous monitoring, and security posture assessments. The integrated approach gives SMEs a scalable, secure pathway to adopt AI-driven innovation at their own pace.
