Saudi Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed Al-Hogail inaugurated Khuzam Digital Valley, a fully integrated city dedicated to data centers and digital technologies, within the Khuzam destination during the opening of the Real Estate Future Forum.
The inauguration was attended by National Housing Company (NHC) CEO Mohammed Albuty and NHC Innovation CEO Rayan Alaql.
Khuzam Digital Valley represents a core pillar of NHC’s strategy to expand investments in digital infrastructure and technology-driven real estate. The project is being developed and executed by NHC Innovation as part of efforts to support the growth of Saudi Arabia’s digital economy and strengthen the Kingdom’s position as a global hub for digital infrastructure.
Spanning nearly 200,000 square meters, the development provides integrated real estate solutions designed to meet rising demand for data centers and digital infrastructure. It targets data center operators, cloud computing and artificial intelligence firms, telecommunications providers, and advanced technology companies, offering a scalable, reliable, and sustainable digital ecosystem.
The site features comprehensive infrastructure, including energy, digital, and engineering services, high-reliability networks, and build-ready land developed to meet high security and safety standards.
The project is positioned to support the national digital economy, diversify specialized real estate investment, create new technology-sector roles, and attract both local and international investors within a purpose-built business environment.
NHC Innovation is inviting investors and stakeholders across technology, data centers, energy, telecommunications, and specialized real estate to participate in Khuzam Digital Valley as a next-generation digital city and investment platform.
