Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) will participate in Indus AI Week 2026, presenting a range of AI-driven applications aimed at supporting the country’s growing artificial intelligence ecosystem and digital transformation agenda.
At the event, PTCL will highlight its transition from a traditional telecom operator to an AI-enabled technology company, leveraging innovation capabilities from e& to enable scalable and locally relevant AI adoption. The company is also investing in AI infrastructure, including high-performance GPU capabilities, to support advanced computing, data processing and next-generation AI workloads in Pakistan.
PTCL’s showcase will feature eight AI use cases spanning operational efficiency, enterprise solutions and accessibility, including contributions from PTCL Business Solutions, e&, and accessibility-focused technology partner ConnectHear. The demonstrations aim to highlight practical applications of AI across business and inclusive digital services.
PTCL’s CEO and President, Hatem Bamatraf, is scheduled to deliver a keynote address focusing on translating AI ambitions into national impact and the role of industry collaboration in supporting Pakistan’s long-term digital and economic development.
