RAS AL KHAIMAH, Tue, 10 Feb 2026 — Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (Rakez) has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with global technology company Zoho to provide businesses within its ecosystem access to essential digital tools aimed at improving operational efficiency and business management.
Under the partnership, Rakez-registered companies will be able to adopt Zoho’s cloud-based suite of business applications, covering functions such as accounting and invoicing, customer relationship management, human resources, collaboration, and analytics. Eligible businesses will receive wallet credits of up to $1,000, enabling easier access to Zoho’s integrated platforms.
The initiative is designed to help companies streamline day-to-day operations, reduce administrative complexity, and gain better visibility into business performance. The agreement was signed at the Compass Coworking Centre by Puneet Jain, Chief Strategic Officer at Rakez, and Prem Anand, Associate Director and Strategic Growth at Zoho, reinforcing a shared focus on strengthening digital capabilities across the business community.
Rakez Group CEO Ramy Jallad said the collaboration supports long-term competitiveness by enabling businesses to access enterprise-grade digital solutions in a cost-effective manner, helping them grow, innovate, and adapt to changing market demands. Zoho’s platform, used by millions of organisations globally, is designed to scale with businesses, making it particularly suited for startups, SMEs, and expanding enterprises.
