Truecaller has announced a strategic partnership with Nile, a communications and information technology solutions provider in Egypt, aimed at expanding customer experience (CX) capabilities and strengthening trusted business communications across the Egyptian market.
The collaboration enables Nile to offer Truecaller’s Customer Experience solutions to enterprise clients across sectors including banking, retail, and automotive. The platform introduces features such as Verified Business Caller ID, Call Reason, Call Me Back, Video Caller ID, and user feedback tools, allowing customers to identify legitimate business calls and understand the purpose of communication before answering.
The initiative addresses growing consumer concerns around spam calls and fraud by helping businesses establish verified communication channels, reducing missed calls, improving engagement rates, and enhancing protection against financial scams. By providing transparency and context during customer interactions, the partnership aims to strengthen trust between businesses and consumers while improving overall communication efficiency.
Priyam Bose, Global Head of GTM & Developer Products at Truecaller, said the partnership represents a key milestone in the company’s global expansion strategy, highlighting Egypt as a market where trust and transparent communication are increasingly important for customer engagement. Karim Soliman, CEO of Nile, noted that the collaboration aligns with Nile’s focus on enabling secure and transparent communication for enterprise clients while improving customer trust across digital channels.
