Algeria’s Ministry of Vocational Training and Education has signed a partnership agreement with mobile operator Djezzy aimed at strengthening skills development and improving employability within the country’s vocational training sector.
The agreement focuses on enhancing cooperation between the public and private sectors to better align training programs with evolving market requirements, particularly in areas influenced by digital transformation and technological advancement. The partnership is expected to support the development of practical skills, improve workforce readiness, and create stronger pathways between vocational education and employment opportunities.
Through the collaboration, both parties aim to contribute to capacity building by integrating industry expertise into vocational training initiatives, enabling trainees to gain relevant technical and professional competencies aligned with current industry needs.
