Magna AI and Saudi-headquartered MBUZZ have formed a strategic partnership to deliver AI infrastructure and enterprise transformation services across the Middle East and Africa, targeting organisations moving artificial intelligence projects from experimentation into production.
The collaboration combines Magna AI’s AI enablement and transformation capabilities with MBUZZ’s expertise across compute, storage, networking and high-performance computing infrastructure.
The companies plan to support enterprises across the AI deployment lifecycle, including readiness assessments, transformation roadmaps, infrastructure integration, data and platform enablement, security and the execution of large-scale AI programmes.
Partnership targets production-scale enterprise AI
Magna AI and MBUZZ are positioning the partnership around a growing challenge for enterprises: moving beyond isolated AI pilots toward systems that can operate securely and reliably across business environments.
The companies plan to help organisations design and deploy AI infrastructure, secure AI platforms and applications tailored to specific industries.

Magna AI was established through a partnership between cybersecurity company Trend Micro and Wistron Digital Technology Holding Company and is powered by NVIDIA technology.

AI factories and data centres form part of strategy
For organisations requiring more intensive computing environments, the companies will collaborate on AI Data Center and AI Factory capabilities.
These environments are intended to integrate compute, storage and networking infrastructure with data pipelines, model pipelines and AI operations.
The architecture is designed to support workloads ranging from large-scale model training and fine-tuning to inference and agentic AI applications.
Security, governance, resilience and regulatory compliance are also expected to be incorporated into the infrastructure and operational model.
