Orange Jordan Announces Key Appointments and Organizational Changes for 2025

Orange Jordan has unveiled a series of administrative appointments and organizational changes set to take effect at the beginning of 2025. These changes are designed to capitalize on the strengths of the company’s employees, enhance their competencies, and align with the group’s strategy, “Leading the Future,” and the company’s slogan, “Orange is here.”

As part of the restructuring, the Consumer Marketing Unit (CMU) and Consumer Sales Unit (CSU) have been merged into a newly created Consumer Business Unit (CBU), with Samer Haj appointed as Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing the CBU. This move reflects the company’s commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences, focusing on customer needs, and advancing digital distribution strategies and services.

Julien Paquier has been named Chief Consumer Marketing Officer, leveraging his extensive expertise in marketing, customer service, and notable accomplishments within Orange Group and Orange Liberia. Additionally, Heba Al-Shareef has been appointed Acting Chief Orange Money Business Unit Officer, furthering the company’s goal of strengthening financial services and expanding the fintech landscape in Jordan. Ahmad Abu Thiab has been confirmed as Chief Enterprise Business Unit Officer, a role he has held in an acting capacity since September 2024.

These strategic appointments reflect Orange Jordan’s ongoing efforts to enhance its services and meet evolving market demands.
