Batelco, Bahrain’s leading telecom services provider and part of the Beyon Group, has entered into an agreement with Grnata, a renowned real estate group, to equip the Golden Gate Towers in Bahrain Bay with advanced smart solutions.
This collaboration will see Batelco implement state-of-the-art technology solutions in Golden Gate Towers, one of Bahrain’s tallest residential buildings, to offer residents a premium smart living experience. Among the key deliverables is a customized In-Building Solution (IBS) by Batelco, designed to enhance wireless signal quality and coverage, even on the highest floors.
The advanced connectivity solution will ensure superior signal strength throughout the towers. Additionally, the installation of sophisticated video surveillance (CCTV) systems will enhance security measures, providing residents with increased peace of mind.
The Golden Gate Towers will also feature the latest technology systems, allowing residents to remotely control their apartment’s lighting, air conditioning, windows, curtains, and main door access. The system will be compatible with future advancements in home automation, ensuring that residents can benefit from emerging smart home technologies.
The agreement was formalized by Hassan Al Mushaima, Chairman of Grnata Real Estate Group, and Maitham Abdulla, Chief Executive Officer of Batelco, at Beyon’s headquarters, with representatives from both companies in attendance.
