e& Reports Strong H1 2025 Results with 23% Revenue Growth and Record Profits

e& has announced its consolidated financial results for the first half of 2025, showcasing strong growth and strategic progress across its business pillars. The Group reinforced its position as a global technology leader, advancing digital transformation across regional and international markets.

Financial Performance

  • Consolidated revenue reached AED 34.9 billion, up 23.3% YoY.
  • Consolidated net profit surged to AED 8.8 billion, marking a 60.7% increase.
  • EBITDA rose to AED 15.4 billion, up 18.8%, with an EBITDA margin of 44.1%.
  • Total subscriber base stood at 198 million, including 15.5 million in the UAE.

Operational Highlights
Key achievements included the launch of the UAE Sovereign Cloud Launchpad with AWS and the UAE Cyber Security Council, 5G and edge AI collaborations with Qualcomm, and the sale of a 40% stake in Khazna. The Group also rolled out BCaaS, expanded international offices, secured the Dubai AI Seal “S Class” rating, and was named the World’s Fastest Growing Brand.

UAE Market Achievements
e& UAE introduced a dedicated AI Lab, expanded FTTH coverage to a record 99.5%, tested advanced spectrum bands, launched private 5G networks with slicing, deployed AI-powered drone inspections, and rolled out initiatives including M365 Copilot, Trust Net, AI Net, and smart mobility collaborations.

e& Life and Enterprise
e& life reported fintech growth through e& money, digitised gold investments with SafeGold, and expansion in digital content and Careem services. e& enterprise drove AI adoption via partnerships with Microsoft, Genesys, Katonic AI, and others, along with advancements in cybersecurity, industrial digitisation, and healthcare innovation.

Global Expansion
e& strengthened its international footprint through acquisitions such as Serbia Broadband, joint 5G ventures in Morocco, remittance services in Egypt, spectrum auctions in Slovakia, and growth initiatives across Mobily in Saudi Arabia and PTCL in Pakistan.
