Kuwait City — Ooredoo Kuwait has partnered with global cloud communications leader Infobip to introduce the Conversational Experience Orchestration Platform (CXOP) powered by Agentic AI, marking a major leap in Kuwait’s digital transformation and customer engagement landscape.
Unveiled at an exclusive event in Kuwait, the partnership brings next-generation conversational AI and automation tools to enterprises, empowering them to deliver seamless, personalized, and intelligent customer experiences across digital channels such as WhatsApp, Apple Business Chat, and others.
The initiative is part of a wider Ooredoo Group strategy, following the successful rollout of Infobip’s AI Hub in Qatar. With CXOP now available in Kuwait, Ooredoo aims to expand its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Communications Platform-as-a-Service (CPaaS) offerings, helping businesses move beyond traditional telecom services toward intelligent digital communication solutions.
At its core, CXOP infused with Agentic AI enables companies to orchestrate autonomous, intelligent conversations while maintaining human oversight when needed. This hybrid model enhances efficiency, speeds up responses, and improves customer satisfaction — giving organizations full control over engagement strategies while ensuring a personal touch.
