Ncell has announced that its official self-service mobile app has surpassed 10 million downloads, cementing its position as one of Nepal’s most widely used digital applications. To mark the milestone, the company has launched a special 10-day celebration campaign featuring daily prize giveaways for customers.
The Ncell App, designed as a one-stop digital solution, offers an intuitive interface with a full suite of features such as data pack purchases, service activation and deactivation, balance transfers, grievances submission, top-ups, and both online/offline games. The app eliminates the need for dialing short codes or visiting physical service centers, offering customers a seamless and convenient digital experience.
