Algeria’s Postal and Electronic Communications Regulatory Authority (ARPCE) has launched a new digital platform, “e-Services,” to move its regulated administrative procedures fully online. Accessible at https://esvc.arpce.dz, the platform enables operators and stakeholders in the postal and electronic communications sectors to submit, track, and manage requests remotely through a single digital portal.
The e-Services platform is designed to improve procedural efficiency and strengthen interactions between the regulator and sector professionals. By eliminating the need for physical visits, the portal consolidates multiple regulatory procedures in one place, helping to shorten processing times, improve traceability of files, and enhance transparency. ARPCE stated that the platform also ensures secure data exchange while simplifying administrative workflows.
The launch aligns with Algeria’s wider public administration digital transformation agenda, where service digitization is being used to improve governance and operational efficiency. Given the high volume of authorizations, declarations, and regulatory requests generated annually by the postal and electronic communications sector, ARPCE identified online processing as a strategic priority to reduce administrative burden and improve responsiveness.
