Faraday Future Middle East Signs Strategic Cooperation MOU with RAK Digital Assets Oasis and Holds FX Super One Delivery Ceremony

Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI), a California-based global shared intelligent electric mobility ecosystem company, has announced that Faraday Future Middle East FZ-LLC has signed a strategic, non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with RAK Digital Assets Oasis. The agreement sets the foundation for collaboration across three key areas: artificial intelligence (AI), Web3 and the digital economy, and embodied intelligence.

Under the MOU, Faraday Future and RAK Digital Assets Oasis intend to jointly establish research and innovation centers aimed at building a forward-looking and demonstrative industrial ecosystem. By combining technological capabilities, industrial resources, and ecosystem strengths, the two parties plan to advance research, testing, and real-world applications of next-generation technologies in the UAE.

The signing ceremony was attended by senior executives and distinguished guests, including Paul Dawalibi, CEO of Ras Al Khaimah Innovation City; Tin Mok, Head of Faraday Future Middle East; and Morris Gao, Head of User Ecosystem and Government Affairs at Faraday Future Middle East.

Following the signing, Faraday Future held a co-creation delivery ceremony, delivering the FX Super One vehicle to RAK Innovation City. This marks the company’s second FX Super One delivery in the UAE. The first FX Super One user in the country was global football legend Andrés Iniesta.

Faraday Future also outlined its roadmap for 2026 sales and deliveries in the UAE and confirmed plans to initiate Phase II expansion of its Ras Al Khaimah regional factory and operations center. The expansion aims to enhance localized production capacity and support growing demand for future FX Super One deliveries.

Paul Dawalibi said the partnership aligns closely with Ras Al Khaimah Innovation City’s future-oriented vision, highlighting Faraday Future as both a key innovation partner and a long-term strategic collaborator. Tin Mok added that the collaboration reflects Faraday Future’s confidence in leveraging its expertise in AI, Web3, and embodied intelligence to support Innovation City’s ecosystem and drive mutual growth.

Faraday Future currently operates a regional factory and operations center in Ras Al Khaimah covering approximately 108,000 square feet, including office space, production workshops, and an operational hub. The facility supports the production of both FF and FX vehicles and plays a central role in advancing a new energy vehicle ecosystem across the Middle East.
