Ooredoo Group has signed a framework agreement with Polystar to deploy advanced analytics solutions across several of its mobile and fixed broadband networks, supporting its broader strategy to strengthen AI-driven operations and network performance across the organisation.
The deployment will consolidate multiple analytics systems from different vendors into a single unified platform, combining Polystar’s OSIX Monitoring, Kalix Analytics and Kalix DataOps capabilities. The integrated solution is designed to deliver tailored insights and AI-powered analysis to different operational teams, enabling more informed decision-making across the Group’s network operations.
The rollout will be implemented in three phases, beginning with a fast-tracked deployment that has already established a scalable analytics foundation supporting key services, including Ooredoo’s standalone 5G investments. Future phases will focus on deeper data integration and enrichment through DataOps processes, followed by the introduction of AI and machine learning to enhance network assurance, performance optimisation, operational efficiency and customer experience.
The initiative builds on a long-standing partnership between Ooredoo, Polystar and operating companies across Qatar, Kuwait and Tunisia. Ooredoo said the unified analytics approach will allow local operating companies to address market-specific requirements while maintaining a consistent framework for scaling advanced analytics and AI use cases across the Group.
The collaboration reflects Ooredoo’s ongoing digital transformation efforts, with analytics and AI positioned as core enablers for improving service quality, accelerating issue resolution and strengthening customer experience across both mobile and fixed network environments.
