DUBAI, Tue, 10 Feb 2026 — Khazna Data Centers has signed a long-term contract with Presight to deploy an AI-optimised facility management solution and establish a centralised command and control centre, embedding artificial intelligence at the core of its hyperscale data centre operations.
The agreement introduces a unified, data-driven operational model that integrates data from multiple operational technology and facilities systems into a single intelligence layer. The platform enables predictive and prescriptive maintenance, proactive fault detection, and performance optimisation across energy-intensive infrastructure, supporting improved efficiency and operational resilience.
The collaboration builds on a partnership first announced at GITEX Global 2025 and supports the launch of Khazna NexOps, an in-house operations organisation designed to standardise operational processes, technology, governance, and service continuity for customers running mission-critical workloads. The initial phase includes the rollout of a centralised command and control centre to provide real-time visibility across Khazna’s data centre portfolio.
Khazna CEO Hassan Alnaqbi said the deployment strengthens the company’s ability to operate complex infrastructure with enhanced visibility, efficiency, and resilience, supporting continued global expansion. Presight CEO Thomas Pramotedham noted that the project demonstrates how advanced AI capabilities can be translated into scalable platforms that improve operational performance and sustainability in increasingly complex digital infrastructure environments.
At the core of the deployment is Presight’s AI-Optimized Sustainable Data Centre solution, combining IoT technologies, advanced analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence to enable real-time monitoring and coordinated management of assets, capacity, and incidents. The solution also incorporates digital twin capabilities through Presight’s Meta-Intelligence platform, allowing simulation, spatial asset analysis, and operational planning, while supporting energy optimisation, carbon tracking, ESG reporting, and cross-site performance benchmarking.
The partnership reinforces both companies’ roles in advancing AI-driven infrastructure management as demand for hyperscale and AI-ready data centres continues to grow globally.
