The Palestine Telecommunications Company (Jawwal) has announced its preliminary consolidated financial results for 2025, reporting strong growth in both revenue and profitability despite challenging political and economic conditions. Total revenues reached JD 285.6 million, representing an 18.4% increase compared to JD 241.1 million in 2024, while net profit rose by 24.6% to JD 52.2 million.
The company attributed the growth to continued investment in digital infrastructure, expansion of fiber-optic services, and increasing demand for business and digital solutions. Jawwal’s home fiber subscriber base grew by 20%, while business services recorded 17% growth, emerging as key contributors to overall performance.
Leadership highlighted the company’s operational resilience during a difficult year, noting efforts to maintain connectivity during periods of instability and subsequent work to improve network performance following the ceasefire in early 2025. Jawwal was also recognised internationally for crisis response in the telecommunications sector, reflecting the role of connectivity as critical infrastructure during emergencies.
The company reported continued progress in digital transformation, with reliance on digital channels increasing by 60%, improving service accessibility and customer experience. Additional developments included the relaunch of roaming services in Egypt and a 48% increase in users of the company’s Reflect digital application.
Jawwal stated that its strategic focus remains on strengthening digital services and supporting the development of a resilient national digital economy, positioning telecommunications and IT services as key enablers of economic and social connectivity in Palestine.
