G42 and Publicis Sapient have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to explore the formation of a joint venture aimed at accelerating enterprise AI deployment across the UAE and the Global South. The proposed venture will combine G42’s sovereign AI and cloud infrastructure with Publicis Sapient’s enterprise AI platforms and global transformation expertise.
The initiative comes as enterprises and governments shift from AI experimentation to large-scale deployment. The joint venture is intended to bridge the gap between AI capability and measurable business outcomes by enabling organizations to operationalize AI agents and embed data-driven decision-making into core processes.
The partnership will deliver services spanning cloud modernization, AI use case development, intelligent agent creation, enterprise software engineering, and full-scale AI deployment and optimization. The focus will be on solving operational challenges, automating workflows, and personalizing customer and citizen experiences.
G42 contributes its end-to-end AI stack, including sovereign cloud infrastructure, foundation models, sector expertise, and AI-native engineering talent with deployment experience across emerging markets. Publicis Sapient brings enterprise-grade platforms such as Sapient Slingshot, which accelerates software development and modernization, and Sapient Bodhi, designed for industry-specific AI agents and orchestration. The company also adds transformation experience across more than 50 markets.
Subject to final agreements, the partners plan to formalize the joint venture’s commercial and operating structures, targeting establishment by mid-2026
