Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) has expanded its SheHacks empowerment program into the global market through a strategic benchmarking trip to Vietnam. The initiative brought the top five AI-driven startups from the 2025 SheHacks MVP Accelerator—including healthcare ecosystem DoctorTool and inclusive communication tool Hear Me—to Ho Chi Minh City to explore cross-border investment and collaboration. The mission aimed to demonstrate the readiness of Indonesian women-led tech ventures to compete in the broader Southeast Asian digital economy while fostering a more inclusive innovation network.
The visit resulted in over 50 business-matching sessions and established strategic links with six major investors and various Vietnamese government agencies, such as the Startup & Innovation Hub (SIHUB). These interactions provided the founders with critical insights into Vietnam’s regulatory landscape and business environment, facilitating a “soft-landing” for future market entry. By connecting these startups with regional enablers like Do Ventures, Indosat is positioning SheHacks as a cross-border platform that transforms local innovations into scalable regional solutions.
