Lenovo opens regional headquarters in Riyadh for Middle East, Türkiye and Africa

Lenovo has officially inaugurated its regional headquarters in Riyadh, expanding its presence across the Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa as part of Saudi Arabia’s broader push to attract global technology companies.

The new headquarters will serve as a central hub for Lenovo’s operations across the region, supporting business development, partnerships, and customer engagement. The move aligns with Saudi Arabia’s regional headquarters programme, which incentivises multinational companies to establish strategic bases in the Kingdom.

Lenovo’s expanded presence is expected to strengthen its ability to serve enterprise and public sector clients, particularly as demand for digital infrastructure, cloud services, and AI-enabled solutions continues to grow across the region. The company is also likely to deepen collaboration with local partners and government entities as part of its regional strategy.

Riyadh has been positioning itself as a key destination for global tech firms, leveraging policy incentives, infrastructure investments, and market access to attract international players. Lenovo joins a growing list of companies establishing regional hubs in the city.

The development reflects increasing competition among regional markets to host multinational technology headquarters and capture a larger share of digital economy growth.

Editor’s Note:
Saudi Arabia’s regional HQ programme is rapidly reshaping where global tech firms anchor their operations across MEA. Lenovo’s move reinforces Riyadh’s emergence as a central node for enterprise technology and AI-driven growth in the region.
