Salam, a leading Saudi telecom provider, has entered into a managed services agreement with Oracle to support its ongoing digital transformation. This collaboration aims to expedite operational excellence and enhance customer experience, furthering Salam’s contributions to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 mission to become a more connected and digitized nation.

Oracle Communications Consulting will provide critical support and guidance for managed IT operations, performance management, and service quality improvement. By employing an ICT-focused approach, Oracle will help Salam increase operational efficiencies, proactively address potential issues, and ensure seamless service delivery to customers.

A Stacked Advantage

Salam has recently implemented Oracle Cloud Scale Monetization, Oracle Unified Operations, and Oracle Sales CRM to replace its legacy systems with a modular, pre-integrated stack. This integration avoids the costly and time-consuming process of complex customizations. With Oracle’s solutions, Salam can launch, orchestrate, and monetize new offerings as market demands. Future phases will incorporate additional Oracle Communications solutions to fast-track new digital services, such as 5G-enabled streaming, AR/VR gaming, and IoT-connected devices.
