Kuwait Telecommunications Company – stc has signed as the platinum sponsor of the NEXUS-Technology, Innovation, and Startup Event, happening from December 5-7, 2024, at The Arena, 360 Mall, Kuwait. This collaboration is part of stc’s commitment to supporting local entrepreneurs and startups, and empowering the younger generation through digital transformation initiatives.
The event, held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of State for Communications, Mr. Omar Saud Abdulaziz Al-Omar, will showcase over 60 leading companies, startups, and experts, with exhibits, conferences, and workshops focused on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, fintech, and health tech.
As part of its sponsorship, stc will have a dedicated booth to showcase its latest innovations and customer-centric solutions. Additionally, its subsidiary, solutions by stc, will present its smart solutions designed to support SMEs, including Maktabi bundled services and Modar, an advanced cloud-management platform.
The event will feature the NEXUS Startup Challenge, where 100 startups compete for a KD 30,000 prize pool, offering valuable exposure to potential investors. This sponsorship demonstrates stc’s ongoing commitment to digital transformation and its advocacy for the startup ecosystem in Kuwait.
