Huawei Cloud has officially joined Saudi Arabia’s Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority (EXPRO) Cloud National Framework Agreement, marking a significant milestone in the Kingdom’s digital transformation efforts. This collaboration enables Huawei Cloud to provide advanced Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions to government entities across Saudi Arabia.
The announcement, made during the Expenditure Efficiency Forum in Riyadh, positions Huawei Cloud as a key service provider in the government sector. Through the “Etimad Marketplace,” Huawei Cloud will offer a comprehensive range of intelligent cloud services, supporting the government’s transition to cutting-edge technologies while ensuring the highest standards of data sovereignty within the Kingdom.

As part of the agreement, Huawei Cloud will work alongside select providers, offering exclusive rights to serve government entities via the Etimad Marketplace platform. This collaboration will provide government organizations with access to Huawei’s IaaS and PaaS solutions, which are designed to enhance operational efficiency and accelerate digital transformation efforts in the public sector.
