Ericsson Extends Managed Services Contract with e& Egypt to Enhance AI Integration and Efficiency

Ericsson has renewed its managed services and customer support contract with e& Egypt for an additional five years. Under the extended agreement, Ericsson will continue overseeing e& Egypt’s network operations and customer support while integrating AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and user experience.

The partnership focuses on leveraging AI-driven network technologies to drive next-generation advancements in telecommunications. Amr Fathy, e& Egypt’s Chief Technology and Information Officer, emphasized that the collaboration aims to integrate AI into network operations to improve service quality and support future growth.

Ekow Nelson, Ericsson’s Vice President and Head of Global Customer Unit for e& in the Middle East and Africa, highlighted that the extended partnership supports e& Egypt’s transformation into a technology company, enhancing user experience and contributing to the digital future.
