Dubai Financial Market Launches AI-Powered Features on iVestor App to Enhance Investor Experience

The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) has introduced two new AI-powered features on its iVestor app, designed to help investors access and understand company information more effectively. The new features, Smart Disclosures and Financial Summary, are part of a broader enhancement of the iVestor app, which now allows investors to trade DFM shares directly through the platform with greater ease.

The announcement was made during the third MENA Capital Market Summit, held from May 6-7, 2025, at Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai. These new features are aimed at simplifying financial data presentation to support quicker, more informed decision-making. Smart Disclosures automatically scans lengthy company announcements and highlights the most crucial points in a concise and easy-to-understand format. The Financial Summary feature provides a quick snapshot of a company’s performance, emphasizing key financial metrics such as revenue, profit, and earnings per share.

Hamed Ali, CEO of DFM and Nasdaq Dubai, highlighted the global trend toward more intuitive and accessible investor experiences. He explained that the new features are part of DFM’s effort to improve access to information, lower participation barriers, and support a more engaged investor community.

The introduction of these features follows the 2024 revamp of the iVestor app, which expanded its functionality from a dividend-focused tool to a comprehensive investment platform. The app now allows users to subscribe to IPOs, access private offerings through Arena, manage portfolios, transfer funds, and track market activity. It has become a central hub for Dubai’s capital markets, with over 240,000 users from more than 100 countries.

DFM continues to prioritize practical digital enhancements, such as these AI-powered features, to improve usability and foster long-term market engagement. During the summit, DFM also signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) to strengthen collaboration between the two capital markets.
