TCS Partners with Jazeera Airways for Digital Transformation

vTata Consultancy Services (TCS) has teamed up with Jazeera Airways, Kuwait’s low-cost carrier, to drive the next phase of the airline’s digital transformation. This collaboration focuses on enhancing Jazeera Airways’ digital platforms and customer experiences by leveraging TCS’s expertise in AI and platform engineering.

As Jazeera Airways celebrates 20 years of operations, the airline aims to modernize its digital ecosystem. TCS will lead this transformation by upgrading the airline’s website, mobile applications, and AI-powered chatbot, ensuring a more seamless, customer-centric travel experience. The partnership is Jazeera Airways’ first major IT transformation initiative.

TCS’s solutions will introduce a suite of integrated digital applications, including a retail-driven ancillary platform, an intelligent offer engine, a ‘Customer 360° Insights Hub’ for personalized interactions, and a generative AI-powered assistant to improve customer service. Additionally, the transformation will feature a unified multi-currency payment gateway and a tailored group booking platform, aimed at streamlining complex bookings and enhancing the user experience.
