Tamkeen Approves DOO as Service Provider in Digital Enablement Programme

Manama, Bahrain — The Labour Fund “Tamkeen” has officially approved DOO, an AI-powered customer experience platform, as one of its service providers under the Digital Enablement Programme, further expanding support for Bahraini enterprises on their digital transformation journeys.

The Digital Enablement Programme, launched earlier this year, aims to boost enterprise productivity and sustainability through two main tracks. The first track provides access to digital tools via Tamkeen’s network of approved partners, while the second track allows businesses to independently select their own digital service providers.

Through this approval, Bahraini enterprises can now benefit from DOO’s suite of AI-driven tools, including:

  • AI-Powered Virtual Assistant
  • CRM AI Chatbot
  • AI Marketing Tool
  • Predictive AI Analytics

These tools are designed to enhance customer engagement, automate communications on platforms like WhatsApp and Instagram, and deliver multilingual, brand-aligned support. By integrating AI across customer touchpoints, DOO enables businesses to reduce operational costs, improve service quality, and drive sales growth through smarter engagement.

Khalid Al Bayat, Chief Growth Officer at Tamkeen, said:

“We’re proud to add a leading Bahraini company to our network of approved providers. Having followed their journey from inception to growth, it’s rewarding to now count them among our valued partners.”

Husain Haji, Chief Growth Officer at DOO, added:

“Our goal has always been to help businesses connect better with their customers through smart technology. Being onboarded by Tamkeen allows us to empower even more Bahraini enterprises to grow and deliver stronger customer experiences using AI.”

The initiative aligns with Tamkeen’s 2025 strategic priorities, which include supporting SME growth, driving digitalization and sustainability, and enhancing Bahrainis’ competitiveness and skills in the private sector.
