KENITRA – October 27, 2025: The fourth edition of Maghrebna Innovation – Vision 2030 celebrated Morocco’s rising generation of innovators, who are using technology and creativity to preserve culture, empower communities, and fuel entrepreneurship.
Organized by Dialna Maroc in collaboration with Ibn Tofail University, the event brought together young talents from Agadir, Rabat, Kenitra, Casablanca, and Marrakech, showcasing projects that blend digital innovation with Moroccan heritage. Initiatives ranged from virtual museums and immersive tourism experiences to cultural podcasts, 3D storytelling, and smart community apps, all aimed at strengthening Morocco’s creative and digital ecosystems.
“The greatness of a nation lies in how it values its cultural, historical, architectural, and human heritage,” said Salma Bensaïd, President of Dialna Maroc and Maghrebna Innovation. She emphasized that by combining technology with soft skills, Morocco is equipping its youth to shape the country’s transformation while safeguarding its identity.
This year’s edition focused on how digital technologies and smart tools can advance the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI)—enriching cultural tourism, heritage preservation, and creative entrepreneurship. The event also underscored the importance of building a “Moroccan data” ecosystem, promoting locally generated content that enhances digital sovereignty and national identity.
In a move to sustain the momentum, Maghrebna announced the creation of the first Innovation Training Class (2025–2026), offering mentorship, business planning, marketing, and leadership programs to help young innovators turn their projects into viable ventures.
Seven awards were presented in categories including Virtual Reality, Podcasting, Immersive Travel, and Cultural Storytelling. The Coup de Cœur award went to Le Maroc que j’aime, honoring Morocco’s cultural diversity, while a Perseverance Prize recognized the youngest participant for their creative tribute to ancestral heritage.
Since its launch in 2021, Maghrebna Innovation has grown into a national incubator that nurtures entrepreneurship, creativity, and sustainable growth, aligning closely with Morocco’s Vision 2030 goals to build a knowledge-based and innovation-driven economy. The fifth edition is scheduled for January 2026, featuring extended modules and broader project support.
