Marrakech — After nearly 15 years of driving digital transformation across Morocco and the African continent, Visiativ Africa has officially rebranded as NEONOVIA, marking its transition from a subsidiary of France’s Visiativ Group to an independent Moroccan technology company. The rebrand underscores NEONOVIA’s strategic focus on digital sovereignty, public sector performance, and responsible innovation in alignment with Morocco’s “Digital Morocco 2030” strategy.
“NEONOVIA is born from a conviction: Morocco has the talent and skills needed to design and publish its own digital solutions,” said Mourad El Mahjoubi, CEO and Founder of NEONOVIA. “We want to be a reference partner for institutions seeking to combine performance, innovation, and digital trust.”
At the core of NEONOVIA’s new strategy is RAQMANEO, a sovereign software platform developed entirely by Moroccan engineers. The platform focuses on public sector digitalization through four strategic pillars:
- Document heritage management
- Internal process automation
- User service dematerialization (e-Government)
- Data intelligence and cybersecurity
With RAQMANEO, NEONOVIA positions itself not only as a digital solutions integrator but as a full-fledged software publisher, offering locally built technologies designed to enhance governance efficiency and protect national data integrity.
“RAQMANEO illustrates our commitment to designing high-performance Moroccan solutions capable of sustainably transforming public management and strengthening citizen trust in digital technology,” El Mahjoubi added.
While asserting its independence, NEONOVIA will maintain a strategic partnership with the Visiativ Group, continuing as its official representative and distributor in Africa. The company will also lead a network of local integrator partners to foster regional digital transformation.
Building on nearly 15 years of experience, NEONOVIA’s mission now centers on digitalizing public services, improving collaboration and operational excellence, and advancing cybersecure data management for both government and enterprise clients.
This transformation marks a strategic leap toward technological self-reliance in Morocco and across Africa, symbolizing the region’s growing ability to develop, publish, and sustain its own digital infrastructure.
