4iG GROUP SIGNED STRATEGIC AGREEMENT WITH LEADINGTURKISH INDUSTRY PLAYERS

Defence-industry, technology and future investment partnerships are taking economic relations to anew level between Turkey and Hungary.▪ In the presence of Viktor Orbán, Prime Minister of Hungary and Recep Tayyip Erdoğan,President of Türkiye, Turkish Presidency of Defence Industries (SSB) and Hungarian Ministryfor National Economy (NGM) representatives signed a comprehensive defence-industryframework agreement at the meeting of the High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council, a keydiplomatic and economic forum between the two countries.▪ As member of the Hungarian delegation, Gellért Jászai, Chairman of 4iG Group (andAmbassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary responsible for the development ofinternational business relations,) also participated in the meeting and the negotiations.▪ In connection with the intergovernmental agreement, 4iG Space and Defence TechnologiesZrt. (4iG SDT) signed two agreements with leading Turkish companies includingo Nurol Makina, on the exclusive distribution of Gidran 4×4 tactical armoured vehiclesin Hungary;o and ASELSAN ELEKTRONİK (Aselsan), on preparations for a future joint venture inHungary to develop and manufacture remote-controlled weapon systems, counter-drone technologies and air-defence solutions.▪ 4iG Plc. also signed a preliminary agreement with TWF International Investments, theinternational investment subsidiary of the Türkiye Wealth Fund. The parties will explorepotential joint investment opportunities in several areas, including technology,telecommunications, digital infrastructure development, the space industry and energy.▪ The partnerships announced today aim to strengthen long-term Hungarian-Turkish economicand defence-industry cooperation, support the development and production of NATO-compatible technologies in Hungary, and further advance 4iG Group’s internationalcollaborations across key strategic sectors.The Turkish Presidency of Defence Industries (SSB) and the Hungarian Ministry for National Economy(NGM) signed a comprehensive defence-industry framework agreement at the Istanbul meeting of theHigh-Level Strategic Cooperation Council, held as part of the Hungarian–Turkish prime ministerialsummit on 8 December 2025. The Gidran — theHungarian variant of the Ejder Yalçın vehicle family manufactured by Nurol Makina — is NATO-compatible, state-of-the-art armoured combat platform already commissioned by the HungarianDefence Forces.The agreement between 4iG SDT and Nurol Makina complements the existing industrial andmanufacturing cooperation between Rába and Nurol Makina. Following the completion of theacquisition of RÁBA Automotive Holding, the full value chain of the Hungarian Gidran programme —from manufacturing to sales to maintenance — will be integrated and implemented within a singlecorporate group in a coordinated manner.Nurol Makina, a developer and manufacturer of 4×4 armoured tactical vehicles, is one of leadingdefence-industry companies in Turkey. Through the planned company, the partners aim tocreate a centre in Hungary for development, production and sale of defence communication systems— including remote-controlled weapon stations (RCWS), counter-drone and air-defence solutions, aswell as related support services.
