Telenity Upgrades Digital Services Platform for Ooredoo Algeria, Enhancing Service Monetization

Telenity has announced a major upgrade to its Digital Services Platform (DSP) deployed at Ooredoo Algeria. This transformation expands the platform’s capabilities beyond convergent charging, evolving it into a full-stack solution designed to streamline partner ecosystem orchestration, subscription lifecycle management, and digital content monetization.

The upgraded platform allows Ooredoo Algeria to efficiently manage the entire digital services lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations and greater control over partner interactions. It eliminates the inefficiencies often caused by siloed aggregator integrations, while providing full oversight of subscription offers, recurring payments, and revenue settlements.

Kerem Irten, Chief Marketing Officer at Telenity, emphasized the importance of comprehensive platforms that maximize monetization potential and control over the service ecosystem. He noted that this upgrade aligns with Ooredoo’s digital transformation goals and long-term growth.

Telenity will roll out the advanced DSP features in phases, introducing capabilities such as multi-party service bundles to create innovative subscription experiences and advanced algorithms to improve charging success, combat fraud, and boost customer engagement. These enhancements aim to increase customer retention and average revenue per user (ARPU).

This partnership with Ooredoo sets new benchmarks for telecom-driven digital services and content monetization, unlocking new revenue opportunities and solidifying Ooredoo’s leadership in the digital services sector.

Telenity will showcase its solutions at the Mobile World Congress 2025 in Barcelona, Spain.
