Pakistan, [7 March 2025] – Mercantile, in partnership with Jazz, today introduced Pakistan’s first-ever official iPhone Exchange Program, enabling customers to exchange their PTA-approved iPhones (iPhone 11 or higher) for the latest iPhone 16 models. By allowing users to easily replace their current device and pay only the remaining balance, this program offers a more convenient path to owning Apple’s newest technology.
Available exclusively at select Jazz Experience Centres in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, the program addresses the common hurdles of selling or upgrading older devices. Mercantile standardized valuation ensures users receive a fair price for their eligible iPhones, while Jazz provides a seamless sign-up process through its widespread network.
Nauman Durrani, CEO of Mercantile Pakistan, commented:
“This launch simplifies how people in Pakistan can access the latest iPhone models. By working with Jazz, we’re offering a clear, straightforward way for customers to upgrade from older devices and enjoy a better user experience.”
Ali Fahd, Head of Marketing at Jazz, added:
“As a digital leader, Jazz is committed to bridging the digital divide in Pakistan. Our partnership with Mercantile to launch the first iPhone Trade-In Program reflects our focus on innovation and customer convenience. By making premium devices more accessible, we are empowering customers to enhance their digital lifestyle with seamless connectivity and value-added services.”
