e& UAE, in collaboration with Microsoft, has launched the AI for Business Skilling Programme, designed to provide small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with the essential AI skills needed to thrive in the rapidly evolving digital economy. This initiative highlights the commitment of both companies to driving AI-led digital transformation and empowering SMBs with the knowledge and tools to excel in today’s AI-driven business landscape.
The AI for Business Skilling Programme offers SMBs customized learning tracks, ensuring businesses of all sizes and industries can seamlessly integrate AI into their operations. The programme features three specialized tracks:
- AI for Business Leaders: This track equips senior leaders with the strategies and knowledge required to drive digital transformation and innovation within their organizations.
- AI for Business Users: Tailored for professionals in Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, and Administration, this track offers practical AI courses to enhance operational efficiency across various business functions.
- AI for Everyone: This foundational track provides beginner-level AI skills, enabling participants to build confidence in adopting AI-driven solutions.
The training will be available on the Spectrum platform, which offers an intuitive and user-friendly learning experience.
Leveraging Microsoft’s cutting-edge AI expertise and e& UAE’s robust network, the programme will provide SMBs access to valuable resources, including:
- AI Fluency Courses: Offered in multiple languages to ensure accessibility for a global audience.
- Microsoft Applied Skills Programme: Hands-on training that allows SMBs to earn Microsoft-verified AI credentials.
- AI Bootcamps for Educators: These bootcamps will train educators to incorporate AI into their curriculum, facilitated by Microsoft’s global network of Training Service Partners.
