Ma’a Hamad Chat is designed to offer accurate information based on approved curricula, helping students quickly access reliable scientific content. Developed by the MoE’s Information Systems Department, the service supports multiple languages and local dialects, tailoring responses to users’ needs. The content provided is monitored by a specialized team to ensure quality and accuracy.
Users can specify their class, semester, and subject to ask specific questions, with answers sourced from curriculum content in the student library within the service. While it is not a replacement for school textbooks, Ma’a Hamad Chat is intended to complement them by organizing and simplifying educational content, improving student understanding and academic performance.
The service is divided into sections for teachers, administrators, students, and parents, along with general school information. It also includes written and visual content for easy access to the information users need.
The Ministry emphasized its commitment to advancing the digital education landscape and improving the distance learning experience. The launch of Ma’a Hamad Chat aligns with the MoE’s vision for comprehensive digital transformation and aims to enhance communication between all educational stakeholders.
