The Insurance and Social Security Supervisory Authority (ACAPS) launched the “Emergence” programme on April 3, 2025, aimed at supporting the digital transformation of Morocco’s insurance sector. The programme encourages collaboration between market players to identify innovative solutions that can significantly impact the sector’s development.
Running from April 7 to May 30, 2025, the “Emergence” programme will bring together international experts, technological talents, and stakeholders from the industry to discuss and analyze feedback from various workshops. The initiative focuses on fostering dialogue and creating a shared vision that addresses both the challenges and opportunities of technological innovation in the insurance market.
Through this collaborative effort, ACAPS aims to strengthen synergies within the sector and ensure a proactive approach to market developments. The programme supports ACAPS’s commitment to balancing innovation, competitiveness, and policyholder protection, ensuring that technological advancements benefit all market participants.
The “Emergence” initiative is supported by ACAPS’s Innovation & InsurTech unit, established in January 2023. Participants will have the opportunity to develop prototypes and model cases in a structured environment designed to drive forward-thinking solutions for the insurance industry’s digital future.
