The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Beyond Limits, a global leader in artificial intelligence, to develop sustainable and innovative solutions aimed at enhancing the efficiency of housing services in Dubai. This partnership aligns with Dubai’s vision for digital transformation and the integration of advanced AI technologies.
The MoU outlines collaboration in the development of smart housing technology solutions, knowledge exchange, and capacity-building initiatives to support the ongoing digital transformation efforts. The partners will also implement pilot projects to boost institutional efficiency and adopt global best practices, ensuring high-quality and sustainable housing services for Dubai’s citizens.
Thilal Al Falasi, Assistant CEO of the Corporate Support Sector at MBRHE, emphasized the commitment to innovation and sustainability, stating, “We aim to leverage artificial intelligence to enhance institutional efficiency and the quality of life in Dubai.” He added that the partnership supports Dubai’s vision to create smart cities that learn and serve the community effectively.
Hazem Khayat, Regional Director for EMEA at Beyond Limits, highlighted the significance of the collaboration, noting, “This partnership will be a quantum leap for government housing services, utilizing self-operating AI solutions that are built on expertise from the US space program.” He further mentioned that the initiative supports MBRHE’s goal to provide pioneering and sustainable housing services, contributing to the realization of Dubai’s Vision 2033.
