IDEMIA, a global leader in secure biometric solutions, and the Technology Control Company (TCC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to expand their strategic collaboration in Saudi Arabia. The partnership aims to drive innovation in the travel and transport industry, digital identity, biometrics, and smart city solutions, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
The MoU focuses on four key areas of expertise:
- Implementing AI-driven biometric identification solutions to enhance security, efficiency, and passenger experience across Saudi Arabia’s land borders, maritime ports, and airports.
- Advancing smart city initiatives that leverage biometric and AI technologies to improve urban security and citizen services, supporting Saudi Vision 2030.
- Knowledge transfer and training to build local expertise in the latest biometric and digital identity technology solutions.
- Promoting strategic initiatives in travel, transportation, and smart city domains.
