Jazeera Airways Partners with TCS for AI-Driven Digital Transformation

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has entered into a strategic partnership with Kuwait-based Jazeera Airways to lead an AI-powered digital transformation aimed at enhancing customer experience and improving operational efficiency. The collaboration will see TCS revamp Jazeera Airways’ digital platforms, including its website and mobile apps, and introduce an advanced AI-powered chatbot for a more intuitive, personalized travel experience.

Utilizing its expertise in artificial intelligence, platform engineering, and user experience design, TCS will work to create a seamless digital journey that aligns with the expectations of modern travelers. The partnership aims to unlock new revenue streams, enhance digital channels, and position Jazeera Airways as a leader in customer-centric transformation in the aviation industry.

Barathan Pasupathi, CEO of Jazeera Airways, emphasized that the partnership is setting the stage for a new era of travel, focused on delivering seamless, customer-first experiences.

Founded in 2004, Jazeera Airways was the Middle East’s first private airline. It now serves over 60 destinations across the Middle East, South Asia, and Europe, with a passenger base exceeding 5 million to date.
