du Launches GPU-as-a-Service to Drive AI Adoption for Enterprises and Government

UAE-based telecommunications company du has introduced a new GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) offering to support enterprises and government entities in adopting AI solutions more cost-effectively. Launched by du Tech, the ICT services arm, the solution provides high-powered GPU compute capabilities to accelerate AI model training and deployment.

The GPUaaS solution will enable businesses to improve processing speeds, enhance cost efficiency, and scale their AI models with greater accuracy. GPUs help speed up AI model training, reduce operating expenses, and lower energy consumption over time. Additionally, the scalability of GPU clusters ensures that larger datasets and more complex models can be handled without compromising performance.

Jasim Al Awadi, Chief ICT Officer at du, emphasized that the new service is designed to cater to the growing AI needs of businesses, providing tailored solutions for high-intensity computing environments. It allows companies to deploy AI technologies without the significant upfront investment or management of costly infrastructure.
