RIYADH – Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance has significantly expanded its digital broadcasting during the ongoing Hajj season, providing extensive religious content to pilgrims and global Muslim audiences through its official YouTube channel.
The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reports that the ministry’s digital strategy delivers four daily lectures across three distinct programs: Barnamaj Dahawi (Religious Program), Khayr Al-Ayyam (Best of Days), and the fourth season of Hajj Talk. These broadcasts are scheduled to continue until 13/12/1446 AH (June 9, 2025).
The Religious Program airs twice daily at 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., Best of Days at 4 p.m., and the flagship Hajj Talk concludes the daily schedule at 6 p.m. This structured lineup exemplifies the ministry’s dedication to leveraging modern digital platforms to extend the reach and influence of Islamic teachings. The live streaming format facilitates real-time engagement with domestic and international viewers alike.
Programming themes focus on the pilgrimage season, offering in-depth explanations of Hajj’s purposes and legal rulings, the spiritual importance of righteous deeds during Dhul-Hijjah, and guidelines for proper conduct during sacred rituals.
Hajj Talk stands out by emphasizing prophetic values and delivering practical insights drawn from the pilgrimage example of Prophet Mohammed, presented with contemporary methods to resonate with today’s audiences.
